1. Who We Are
Eco Packin Printing Dongguan Co., Ltd. (“Eco Packin”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates https://nomecase.com/ (the “Site”). We are a packaging and printing solutions provider based in Dongguan, China.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the Site, browse our product catalogue, contact us or use a feature made available through the Site.
The Site is currently operated as a B2B product catalogue and business inquiry website. WooCommerce is used to present product information; the Site does not currently process online checkout or payment transactions.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
The current site-wide inquiry form asks for an email address (required) and a message (optional). If you contact us through another method made available on the Site, we also receive the information that you choose to provide in that communication.
When the inquiry form is submitted, Elementor records the email address, message, source page, creation and update times, visitor IP address, browser user-agent information and form action log. The submission is stored in the WordPress administration area and the configured form action sends the inquiry by email.
Technical information
In addition to the form submission records described above, our hosting environment and website software may automatically process technical information needed to deliver, maintain and protect the Site. This may include an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, date and time of access, and security or error logs.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies or similar browser technologies for necessary website functions and consent management. The consent preference tool allows visitors to review available categories and to accept, reject or change optional choices. The tool can be reopened through the consent preferences icon. The current consent preference is configured to expire after 365 days.
- Necessary technologies: support website delivery, security and storage of consent choices.
- Website features: WordPress and WooCommerce catalogue components may use cookies or browser storage to deliver site functions, remember relevant settings and support source attribution.
- Third-party resources: the Site loads Google Fonts. The language selector uses GTranslate and may connect to Google Translate when used. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information.
- Embedded services: the Contact page includes Google Maps. When this content is loaded, Google may receive technical information and may use cookies according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Optional technologies: where consent is required, optional categories are configured to remain inactive until a visitor makes the relevant choice. The consent preferences panel is the current on-site reference for configured cookie categories.
The presence of an optional category in the consent panel does not by itself mean that a tracking tool is active. At the date shown above, no dedicated Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or similar advertising tag was configured on the main public pages. Cookie and third-party service configurations may change as the Site develops, and we will update this Policy when a material change affects how personal information is handled.
4. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- receive, assess and respond to product or business inquiries;
- provide requested information about products, customisation or potential cooperation;
- communicate about an inquiry or an existing business relationship;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot and protect the Site;
- remember consent and website preferences; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.
5. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to B2B inquiries and operating a secure website, your consent for optional technologies, or compliance with a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the purpose and circumstances of the processing.
6. How Information May Be Shared
Inquiry submissions are stored in the WordPress administration area and sent by email to the recipient configured for the form. Information may also be processed by service providers where necessary to host, maintain, secure or operate the Site, manage consent choices, support website features or handle business communications. Third-party content that you choose to load, such as Google Maps, is handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a court order or a valid request from a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our rights or the rights of others.
7. International Processing
Because the Site is available internationally and some technology providers operate in multiple countries, personal information may be processed outside your country or region. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be applied by the relevant party under applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining necessary business records, resolving disputes, protecting the Site and meeting legal obligations. At the date shown above, the Elementor Submissions area does not have an automatic deletion period configured, so inquiry submissions remain in WordPress until they are manually deleted or the retention setting is changed.
Technical logs and backup copies may be retained according to the settings of the relevant hosting, security and backup systems. Consent preferences are currently configured with a 365-day expiry.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the Site. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to request restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent or complain to a competent data protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To make a privacy request, please email huangxiaofang59@gmail.com or submit a message through the Site’s inquiry form or our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us so that the situation can be reviewed.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to websites operated by other organisations. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage visitors to review those policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Site, our practices or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
